The Vision

Traveling all the way from the United States, Jalin and Jovan chose the historic beauty of Portugal for an unforgettable destination wedding. Sharing their profound love for the country with 125 of their closest friends and family, they selected the majestic Solar da Levada as their ultimate setting. The couple’s vision was a masterful blend of luxury and joy, seamlessly combining the venue’s timeless elegance with the vibrant, soulful energy of their cultural heritage.

The Narrative

The day unfolded with deep emotion and a powerful celebration of culture. A true highlight was jumping the broom—a historic first in the venue’s 300-year legacy. As evening fell, the refined atmosphere transitioned into an epic, high-energy party. Fueled by a DJ flawlessly blending Caribbean soca, dancehall, afrobeats, and hip-hop, the night peaked with a truly magical cake-cutting ceremony lit up by dazzling fireworks.

Our Editorial Approach

We sought out the soft light and romantic symmetry of Solar da Levada’s architecture, perfectly balancing the elegant sophistication of the ceremony with the dynamic, cinematic motion of the dance floor.
